What we store

Business data you enter: clients, KYC documents, orders, payments, and team activity. KYC files are access-controlled and never publicly served.

How it is used

Only to operate the Service for your business. We do not sell data. SMS and email providers receive only the message content and recipient number/address.

Tenant isolation

Each merchant's records are scoped to their own account; other merchants cannot access them.

Retention & deletion

Data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted on request.

Audit

Security-relevant actions are logged (user, timestamp, IP) to protect your business.

For sales reps & drivers: what's tracked, and why

We know "tracking" can sound like someone is watching your every move. Here is exactly what is and isn't collected:

• Vehicle GPS is trip-based, not continuous. Location points are only recorded for a company vehicle while a trip is actively logged for business travel. There is no always-on tracking of you personally, and nothing is recorded once a trip is ended.
• It exists to keep records fair. Trip distance and fuel records are used to make sure fuel spend and mileage are accounted for accurately — so you are never blamed for distance or fuel you didn't use.
• Your sales activity is recorded to pay you correctly. Orders, stock allocations and commissions are logged the moment they happen so your commission is calculated accurately and on time — not to police your activity.
• Only your own merchant/admin team can see your records. This data is never sold or shared outside your employer's account, and is used only to run the business and to pay and support you.
