What we store

Business data you enter: clients, KYC documents, orders, payments, and team activity. KYC files are access-controlled and never publicly served.

How it is used

Only to operate the Service for your business. We do not sell data. SMS and email providers receive only the message content and recipient number/address.

Tenant isolation

Each merchant's records are scoped to their own account; other merchants cannot access them.

Retention & deletion

Data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted on request.

Audit

Security-relevant actions are logged (user, timestamp, IP) to protect your business.
